Snow, Snow and more Snow!

We got 6.5 inches of Snow here in Plano! Dallas got 7 inches. Most schools didn't close today and neither did Sofia so off she went to school and off I went to work! This picture was taken at 8am.

I have one question. Did you buy an Ariens snowblower yet?

No need to! The snow started melting the next day, and today there is nothing in my front yard or back yard. If we lived in Amarillo, Texas, I would to support your husbands workplace! Snow in this part of town doesn't last much, unfortunately.

I think D.Rich was trying to imply that dont't talk to her about snow, until we need to buy a snow blower to get the snow out of the driveway and entrance like they have to do up north .... often LOL

We had 8 inches of snow last week and my husband was out of town and I don't know how to USE the snowblower (ours is too big for me, I'm scared of it) - so I had to shovel.

I prayed for someone to come and do the bottom part of the driveway where the snowplow piles it up so high, but after noticing the two neighbors who may have done it for me both had broke their snowblowers somehow and couldn't even finish their own driveways, I figured I'd have to be the answer to my own prayer. One hour later. . . I was able to get my daughters to school.

It's times like these that I wish I had sons or lived in a warmer climate!

By the way, does anyone still buy into the global warming idea?

we never did believe that whole story about global warming. I read somewhere last week that there are these crazy people down at the UN that want to make one day out of the week i.e, Monday's a vegetarian and/or vegan day. In other words they want to pass a law worldwide prohibiting eating meat on a certain day of the week.

yeah right! -Sandra.
