Pounds

Current Weight: 142lbs

Stepped on Scale: March 29th, 2010.

Lost: 3 pounds. :(

Ditch: Girl Scout Cookies until I lose 5 more pounds.

Intake: 2-3 Liters of water a day

Do's: More Abdominal work. :(

Dont's: Drink less coffee...or drink coffee without sugar....

Next Weight in: MAY 1st. :(
