Vintage Ads...

I haven't done this in a while so here it is:

Like a Giraffe! Are you serious!! Thank Goodness they didn't say: "I wish I was an Elephant!"

I think they never thought about recycling...

Here's an ad for those "Occupy Protesters!"

That yellow is u.g.l.y

this one is intersting...

No! I'd say Spooky eyes!

Not in my house.

What?

Here's to you dad! More cancer!

Vintage Ads...

From classic... to...
Trashy...but I do love the Vogue song with all the hand dance tricks...Just saying.

I remember my mom having one of this. Good ol days! But nowdays, beer cans do open very easy! I guess someone saw this coming in the near future.

Fast and Easy, The American Way! No need to sweat!

Someone nees to come up with something like this again, I need to grow so more.

I think nowadays it's call: Botox.

I couldn't help it...

nope, I will not ride a cab. I'd rather walk.

John would love one of these...

What!!!??? If my girls ever spoke to me this way, there would be some booty slaps!

How you ask? I ignore them and let them be! or let the dog licks it off!

I thought men liked masks...

I couldn't help this one either. I vote: B.

Vintage Ads...

One word: TACKY!

Indoors, women are useful (especially in the kitchen!) they even had the nerve to write "even pleasant and a even a drag" Ads like these remind me why there was a feminist movement.

I guess, I'm with Stupid today because I had a cup of coffee.

It all comes down to hygene apparently...

"women are soft and gentle but they hit things" Not only are we a drag, but we're also clumsy. I'm thinking the same writer from that Drummond sweater ad wrote this as well.

"when you feel good, you're good to be around" and when you are PMSing you are a biatch. Just saying. Excuse my French.

Kneel to me slave! It's a man's world!

She doesn't look too happy scrabbing the floor, does she? hey, at least she's now an American citizen.

I don't see any shoes, jewerly, cash, trips, flowers in this ad. That's right! The wife is only good to be indoors!

I wonder why they stopped making this toothpaste? I'd have loved trying this one.

Vintage Ads....

They are all stupid let's just put it that way.

Husband's reply: I'm sorry honey, I didn't know you were doing so much! Geez!

Who knew a wife could be useful outside of the kitchen!

The word children and kill just don't go together anyway you put it...

No, this patient must not vomit, this patient must not be K I L L E D! I mean WTH are they inserting or taking out!? This ad makes ME want to vomit!

This ad couldn't be further from the truth. I get that bread with Jelly smile from Sofia but when it comes to food, I get the, "are you kidding, mom?" look.

The poor lady's towels are U G L Y!

More Stuff

Brides must always think of their future husbands first! Forget the lingerie!

Smoking is believing that in the very near future you will die of some sort of Cancer.

June Cleaver you ain't!

Feed your body chocolate when you are feeling tired and in a months time you won't be able to fit into that gorgeous dress. You betcha!

Tapeworms to lose weight!? Get outta here! Why didn't we know this sooner! Got to go and seek them in my yard! I'll have John sanitize them since I won't dare touch them, but I will eat them for the sake of reaching thin kingdom glory!

There you have it. It's our fault!

For Kidney stones go wild with salt!

Doesn't matter if she's got morning sickness and carrying your child, give her some Mornidine and she's good to go at the kitchen again. Geez! Give the woman a break!

....on a side note, I have never found myself smiling like this when I'm cooking. Not even for myself. Who does it?

Stuff

Don't trust a pretty face! Get her background checked first!

She's got co-dependency problems! Call you girlfriend, pronto!

Something tells me women made themselves happy by sweeping floors back then! It never fails, they are either holding the broom or cooking.
So, this is where they got the idea from! Who would have thunk it! PERVERTS!

It's called POLLUTION witch!

Two in one! Can't beat it! Remember how heavy these things were!

No, you all scare me. pass.

The cheesiest pick up line ever! But perhaps, back then, holding the right cigarrete could get you digits! I take grammar over your digits!

CORRECTION: "for a better start in cavities!"
