Five on Friday - Lines

1.What’s the longest line you’ve ever stood in?

Recently, Six Flags and it is never fun when you have a 5 year old and a 3 year old asking you why you can't just walk up to the ride and get on it.

2.When did you have the most fun waiting in line?

At Braums, to wait for my food.

3.What line, no matter how long or short it is, always drives you crazy?

At the grocery store! I want to go in and out in a flash and I hate it when people stand in line with gazillions of stuff at the express line!

4.When did you last behave in a manner that was over the line?

uhm......I don't want to disclose this one. I take the 5th.

5.What are some lines of poetry you can recite from memory?

I like this, very true:

Write Drunk, Edit Sober.

It's poetry to me.

Spring Break - Six Flags

It was 80 degrees in Dallas. It was hot for March. Oh, and crowded and it was decided that we will never again go in Spring Break. But what mattered the most is that Sofia and Rauel had a blast! Here's at the Tea Cup ride. This was definately a new one for us, since before we had our girls, I never dreamed on getting into these type of rides.

At El Sombrero ride.

This was the longest ride we had to wait on. 45 minutes to get our food! Thankfully, our girls were very patient.

Holding on to dear life! Raquel doesn't like heights at all! Sofia had a blast and was throwing her arms up in the air like she just didn't care.

All by themselves!

At the train!

The Boot Ride!

And we finished it up at Braums with the cousins!

When Sofia gets tired, she gets goofy!

These two are just goofy!

Habemus Papam!

Tenemos Papa! We have a Pope! And he's from this side of the world! Woohoo! oh, and he speaks Spanish just like me!

Carlitos - My New Nephew

Carlos Ishmael Arevalo. My baby nephew born in February. He's such a cutie!

"You looking at me?"

Babies are definately a bundle of joy!

"Yes, I'm looking at you!"

Ricardo Arjona Concert

It is a custom for my friend and I to spend good dough on seeing this guy every time he comes to Dallas!

This is one of the best stages he's ever had.

Only one complaint: Next time wear different pants. Those were ugly!

American Girl Birthday Celebration

This should've been posted LAST month. But better late than never!
Sofia's birthday at American Girl with her school mates! Boys were not allowed.

The Montoya's!

The dolls were expensive but not the food! It was delicious!

They had a three course dinner!

The party got wild, Sofia turned her birthday tiara upside down!

Eva and Raquel. Only two weeks apart!

I love it how Sofia makes sure her doll is drinking. Raquel forgot about her doll the food started coming.

The cake was delicious!

Posing with her school mates!

Happenings - Sofia and Raquel

I've been ignoring my blog and before I let die, I will commit to blogging again!
So, here they decided to wear the same outfit and Sofia loves to do Raquel's chance every time I'm looking she's spraying her hair with water and/or placing all of the hair clips on Raquel.

Raquel helping celebrate her school friend's 3rd b/day party! I bought her this skirt and she felt really pretty on this day.

One day, Sofia decided to help me do dishes and I said why not! She enjoyed it very much even though she hasn't asked to do it again but this is just a glimpse of her future helping around in the kitchen.Although, she's been very good about giving our dogs water every day.

She did make sure her little pony was watching her.

Sofia is not only reading, she's also spelling! She's gotten really good! She'll breeze through kindergarden!

Sofia been goofy. It was not cold outside, she just happened to go through her dresser and found these.

Raquel is never left behind.

This picture was taken to showcase her little cat sitting on her lap. This was the only purpose for this picture.

John and I wonder how she can sit like this and not feel pain on her knees.

A good sign spring is near!
